If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1. Click the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the left side of the email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on the Promotions tab

Step 1: Simply drag & drop our email from the Promotions tab into your Primary tab as shown below.

Step 2: When you get prompted to do this for future messages, click Yes.

Step 3: Once the email is in your Primary tab, click the Transparent Star Icon (⭐) on the left side of the email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on Spam

Step 1: Open the email that you received from us, then click the "Not Spam" button that can be found at the top of the email. (as shown in the below illustration)

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the Inbox, click the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the left side of our email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1. Tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the right side of the email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on the Promotions tab

Step 1: Go to the Promotions tab then tap and hold the email you received from us to show more options.

Step 2: Tap the 3 vertical dots and select move to, then choose the Primary.

Step 3: Once the email is in your Primary tab, tap the Transparent Star Icon (⭐) on the right side of the email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on Spam

Step 1: Tap and hold the email you received from us, then tap the 3 vertical dots  that can be found at the top of the email. (as shown in the below illustration)

Tap Report Not Spam...

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the Inbox, tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the right side of our email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1: Click the 3 dots at the menu tab (...) to show the Other options, then select Add Sender to Contacts.

Step 2: On the right pane, put the name Jenny and then hit Save.

If the email was found on Spam

Step 1: Open the email you've received from us, and then click the Not Spam button.

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the inbox, go to your inbox folder and select email again. Click the 3 dots at the menu tab (...) to show the Other options, then select Add Sender to Contacts...

Step 3: On the right pane, put the name Jenny and then hit Save.

If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1: Tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the right side of the email and you're DONE!

Step 1: Tap and hold the email you received from us. Click the 3 vertical dots from the options below and tap Not Spam

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the inbox, go to your inbox folder and tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the right side of the email and you're DONE!

If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1: Open the email you've received from us, then click the 3 dots "..." located beside the message to show the Other options,  and then select the Add to Safe Senders and click YES on the next prompt. That's it!

If the email was found on the Junk Email

Step 1: Open the email you've received from us, and then click the Not Junk button located at the top portion of the email.

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the inbox, go to your inbox folder and open the email again. Click the 3 dots at the menu tab (...) to show the Other options, then select Add To Safe Senders...

Step 3: Click OK on the next prompt to whitelist future emails from us. That's it, you're officially DONE! :)

If the email was found on the Inbox

Step 1: Open the email you've received from us, then tap the profile logo of the sender and then on the next screen, tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐)  on the top right. That's it!

If the email was found on the Spam

Step 1: Tap and hold the email you've received from us, and then click the 3 vertical dots located on the top right of the screen, and then select Not Spam.

Step 2: Once the message has been moved to the inbox, go to your inbox folder and open the email you've received from us, then tap the profile logo of the sender and then on the next screen, tap the Transparent Star Icon ( ⭐) on the top right. That's it!.
